Tour the Inn

General Information

All guest rooms at The Gregory Inn are Non-Smoking rooms. Outdoor smoking areas are provided on the second floor deck, the veranda, and rooms with private porches. Use of unprotected open flame candles is strictly prohibited in guest bedrooms, and guests will be charged $50 if this policy is disregarded. The Inn will provide safe floating candles upon advance request for $2 each.

Reservation Policy

Guest rooms may be reserved by phone (1-800-925-6570, or 303-295-6570, Local), various internet sites, mail, Email, or use our Reservation page. No faxes, please. A deposit of one night's stay plus Denver Lodging Tax of 14.85% is required to hold a room. We cannot hold a guest room without a deposit. All rates are for single or double occupancy. Add $25 per person for each additional guest over age 12 in Leilani's Room or the Carriage House. We accept payment by Travelers Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks or company checks with 10 days advance payment.

• Check-In: After 4PM until 10PM. An estimated Time Of Arrival is required for all reservations. Please call if circumstances require a later arrival than anticipated)
• Checkout: Noon

A reservation may be canceled for a full refund (less 10% cancellation fee) if given 10AM, 3 days prior to date of stay). Cancellations made within the 72 hour period may have deposit refunded only if the reserved room can be rebooked to another party. This policy also holds for a second reserved night should cancellation be made the date of stay. If you need to cancel a reservation, please allow us the earliest opportunity to rebook the room we have reserved for you.

All guest rooms and the Carriage House are available for extended stays depending upon availability. The Carriage House, most often reserved for extended stay, should be booked well in advance of expected stay. The following rate discount for extended stays apply only for consecutive day stays.

•   7 to 13 days: Room Rate less 10%, (plus tax)
• 14 to 20 days: Room Rate less 15%, (plus tax)
• 21 to 29 days: Room Rate less 20%, (plus tax)
• 30 to 30+days:Room Rate less 40%, (no tax)(Full Breakfast on weekends only)

Corporate Rates of 10% Discount off Daily Rates are available with the following conditions:

• Accommodations are paid in full upon reservation from a corporate account.
• Two-night minimum required.
• Standard cancellation policy applies
