There are three ways you may make a reservation at The Gregory Inn LoDO B&B in Denver :
  1. You may fill out and submit this secure form. Confirmation will be by return email by the Gregory Inn, Denver B&B innkeeper.
  2. You may call The Gregory Inn TOLL FREE OUTSIDE COLORADO 1-800-925-6570 or 303-295-6570 inside Colorado and reserve your room directly with one of our innkeepers.
  3. You may reserve by mail. Just send your check payable to The Gregory Inn, 2500 Arapahoe St., Denver CO 80205. Confirmation will be via email or postal mail.

A reservation is considered confirmed only with a deposit of first night stay or 50% of stay, whichever is greater. Notice of any cancellation must be given 72 hours prior to first night’s stay for a full refund less 12% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit any deposit. This policy also holds for any additional nights should cancellation be within 72 hours.
